Lincoln House is a modern single-storey nursing and residential care home nestled in the heart of the Norfolk countryside in the picturesque village of Swanton Morley, close to the market town of Dereham. It is ideally located next door to our retirement living community at Woodgate Park village. We are fortunate that the local Swanton Morley GP practice and pharmacy is adjacent to Lincoln House.
At the heart of our home is our high standard of nursing and residential care. Our team includes qualified and experienced Registered General Nurses supported by our dedicated senior care team. We are proud to specialise in person-centred palliative and end of life care following NHS England guidelines for care homes. Our teams are supported by clinical professionals, including dieticians, community nurses and occupational therapists.
Lincoln House offers more than wonderful care. We have a full programme of events and activities for our residents and ensure that activities can be adapted for all to enjoy.
At Lincoln House, we believe everyone deserves choice, dignity and peace of mind in later life. We listen and help our residents to live the way they want to, with as much independence as possible.
