Woodgate Park is a small community of 49 privately owned homes which offer safety, support and complete peace of mind to residents aged 65 and over. We offer a private bespoke homecare, also known as domiciliary care as an optional service. This is available from an on-site care team, if required and has been rated as Good by the CQC. The village is situated adjacent to the Swanton Morley GP surgery and pharmacy.
Each spacious bungalow has been designed to help you maintain an active and independent lifestyle through retirement. Most bungalows are two-bedroomed and offer a generous open plan living/dining room, a fully accessible kitchen, and bathroom facilities with an integrated wet room shower and bath. Every bungalow has a small garden with a patio and a designated parking space. And pets are welcome.
Woodgate Park is a thriving community filled with like-minded people, all enjoying life to the full. There is an exclusive community club house where residents can dine together, meet for coffee mornings and enjoy a regular programme of events and activities.

Aimee began her career with Castlemeadow Care as a care assistant and now is General Manager of of our private Woodgate Park village community.
Her role as General Manager ensures that all residents are happy, are listened to and enjoy a range of activities and events at the exclusive village Club House. She works closely with our on-site homecare team looking after residents who may require extra support at home.
About our private homecare service
Woodgate Park residents have an exclusive and optional private on-site homecare service available. Homecare, or domiciliary care, supports an individual who can live safely and well in their own homes but who may need some extra help with their personal daily care to wash and dress, to prepare a meal or to support with some mobility challenges.
What is homecare?
Woodgate Park Village is proud to offer an exclusive and optional homecare or domicilary care service for village residents.
Inspected and rated by the CQC as Good, our excellent homecare team can provide a helping hand for personal and household tasks which may be proving difficult or for which extra help is required.
Our homecare service is designed to ensure that our Woodgate Park Village residents can continue to live independently and safely in their own home.
Examples of the support we provide includes:
- Help getting up in the morning
- Personal care with washing and dressing
- Meal preparation
- Collecting prescriptions and overseeing medicines
- Doing the weekly shop
- General companionship
Homecare is a paid for service. Our professionally trained carers will visit once or twice per day, usually for 30 minutes. However, the duration and frequency of visits is bespoke for the type of support and help you may require.
