Our Villages are designed to provide comfortable and relaxing places to live. Set within a private small estate with landscaped gardens, our modern, purpose-built bungalows are backed by a 10 year NHBC guarantee.  Each bungalow provides a spacious and light-filled room layout, manageable gardens and patio areas and dedicated parking spaces.

A Castlemeadow Village is a thriving community. On-site facilities include a residents’ only Club House, a hair and beauty salon and dedicated transport for trips out. Residents’ committees meet regularly to plan activities and events and liaise with the management team. If required, an optional and exclusive homecare service is available.

Each private village is managed by a dedicated Manager who is always available.

Most importantly, your home is your own.

Very occasionally, bungalows are for sale in our Woodgate Park village. These are privately-owned homes and will be advertised for sale through websites such as Rightmove, Zoopla and local estate agents.

• A ground rent will be charged for the upkeep of the grounds and communal spaces.
• We welcome registrations of interest for our new village extension at Woodgate Park which will be completed by Spring 2027.
