This page is your guide to everything related to residential care.
At Castlemeadow Care, we believe everyone deserves to feel comfortable, safe, and cared for in their new home.
Our compassionate residential care services provide personalised support – from daily assistance and companionship to specialised care – helping residents maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Residential Care
Residential care is also known as Personal Care and Assisted Living.
This service is designed to provide support with daily activities which have started to become difficult to manage safely at home or there may be concerns about an ability to cope independently. A GP, or other professional, may be recommending moving into a care home environment. There may have been incidents at home, such as a fall.
In a residential care environment, care teams will provide assistance with intimate care such as washing and dressing, ensuring medication is taken correctly and supporting with mobility challenges.
Many Castlemeadow residents choose to live with us simply because they no longer want to live alone or wish to shoulder the burden of maintaining their own home.
