We are delighted to share that Wyndham House has achieved Good ratings across every assessed domain following its recent Provider Assessment and Market Management Solution (PAMMS) assessment, conducted by Norfolk County Council.

This is a significant achievement for the home and a reflection of the dedication, resilience, and hard work of the entire Wyndham House team. It demonstrates the progress that has been made over recent months and provides independent recognition of the positive changes that have been embedded throughout the service.

We are particularly proud of this result because it reflects the commitment of our colleagues to continuously improving the care and support provided to residents. Achieving Good ratings across all domains is no small accomplishment and is a testament to the professionalism, compassion and determination shown by the team each day.

This outcome has been made possible through the combined efforts of the home’s management team, regional support team, and colleagues across Wyndham House, all of whom have worked tirelessly to deliver improvements, strengthen governance, and ensure residents receive safe, person-centred care.
