Hello, my name is Rachel Rowe, and I am the new Deputy Manager of Wyndham House. I have worked in Social Care Settings for over 19 years, and I look forward to ensuring that we as a family always have fun, stay safe and ensure our high standards become Outstanding for all our residents, families, staff, and friends of Wyndham House. To ensure  everything we do is from the heart and enjoyed by all.

Hello, my name is Jane Tate. With over 30 years’ experience in administration and team leadership, I have built a career centred on organisation, people and creating supportive, efficient work environments. This enhances special moments as nothing is too much. Outside of work I am a proud grandmother of 4 boys, an avid traveller and a lover of the outdoors. Life for me is about connection, care and making a positive difference wherever I go.

Hello, My name is Michelle Freebairn, and I have now been working in social care for over 25 years. Watching my team develop and grow gives me great pride as we strive to provide outstanding care to enhance the quality of life for all our residents within their local community.

Hello, my name is Paul Bird, and I am the new Maintenance Manager for Wyndham House. I will ensure that all repairs, safety and upkeep of Wyndham House is to a high standard. The bonus within my role is being able to interact with our residents and as a team being able to create a safe and happy place. Having fun along the way as nothing is too much.

Hello, my name is Daniel Bailey, I have worked at Wyndham House for 4 years and enjoying every minute. I am responsible for our Housekeeping and take great pride in making sure our environment here at Wyndham House is comfortable for all our residents, visitors and staff.

Hello, my name is Frankie Miles, I’ve been working in the catering trade for over 15 years. Working my way up through the ranks across different types of Catering from rosette standard to private functions. I’m really looking forward to bringing my experience and knowledge to bringing a smile to all our residents.
