Provider Assessment and Market Management Solution (PAMMS) is an assessment tool, designed to help assess the quality of care delivered by care providers. Following our recent PAMMS inspection by Norfolk County Council at The Paddocks in Swaffham we are thrilled that we have scored GOOD on every section.

Our residents at The Paddocks made cards for their community nurses to mark this special day. They also wanted to acknowledge the Nurses and staff employed by Castlemeadow Care at Lincoln House who provide Nursing Care to our residents. Our Managing Director Nigel Reeve did a surprise visit to Lincoln House and presented them with delicious cakes, flowers and a beautiful card from the residents at The Paddocks which had some lovely poems written by the residents.

At Castlemeadow Care, we truly appreciate each employee at our company. As a thank you, a chocolate Valentines hamper and personalised card has been delivered to show our love.

With the aid of Children in Need, the residents at The Paddocks enjoyed a special tea party. Castlemeadow Care aims to make each day fun & unique!

Love was in the air across our care homes this week...

The Paddocks certainly put on a Christmas Winter Wonderland Fayre unlike no other. The turn out exceeded everyone's expectations with Father Christmas in his grotto, Mulled Wine, Festive entertainment and lots of fundraising and craft stalls. The whole home was floodlit for the occasion with a very impressive light show in the main garden.

At The Paddocks today our morning was tributed to Remembrance Day. A heart felt speech was conducted by our Maintenance Manager Leon Simons who was in the RAF Regiment for 22 years and served tours in Iraq, Afghanistan, Kuwait and Kosovo.

At The Paddocks our musical entertainment got everyone very excited as ELVIS entered the building. There was lots of laughter and great smiles from our residents who thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon.
