An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join Castlemeadow Care as a Care Coordinator for Woodgate Park.

Woodgate Park is a community of assisted living bungalows with an exclusive clubhouse which acts as a social hub.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, care coordinator who is committed to promoting and supporting independent living. An individual who believes in enabling people to live in their own home for as long as possibleYou will have an understanding of the complex needs of the ageing population.

You will have a Diploma in Health and Social Care at Level 3 or equivalent.

Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential with an ethos that places the individual in the centre of everything you do.

This role is for occasional/ bank work and will involve weekend shifts and on call ‘sleep in’ duties as required.

Hold a NVQ 3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care.

You will possess good communication and customer care skills.

Willing to learn new job skills to meet the care needs of the resident groups of the care home.
